Sorry if this had been covered–a refund made at the POS prints out a receipt that looks like a purchase rather than a refund. Shouldn’t it be in brackets or with a negative sign?
It should! We brought this up a year ago today the first day we went live and it has not been fixed. If you go into the order manager and reprint the receipt, it was reflecting a credit.
