Weird bug prints 4-foot receipts

Today something strange happened. Went to print a refund receipt - got a micro-font message and then 4 feet of blank paper.

Now, every once in a while a receipt from a cash sale prints 4 foot receipts. All blank.

OK, I measured it - it’s actually 49 inches of blank paper. Pretty amusing but not very effective.

Anyone else experiencing this anomaly ?

No, but I’d stop buying TP for now.

We experienced that print error when one of our items had a symbol in it, it was an ampersand (&) . We took that out and have not had a problem since. Might be something to let Vin65 know about via a trouble ticket.
