Is there a simple way to see how many times a certain member has used a specific promo? When a member visits, they receive complimentary tasting. I have created a promo for this as we would like to keep track of this. But now wondering how we can see this in a spreadsheet. Any ideas?

There’s probably multiple ways to get there. In Order Detail you could filter for all orders made by active club members, then look for tasting charges for $0.00. (A pivot table is one way to filter this.)
There may be other Sales or Finance reports that have a more direct route to this. Spend a little time reviewing the Manage Columns to see what is available in each. They’re all different.
