Our Receipt Printer is a Star TSP 143iiiW for our POS
For the receipt printer, I created a jpg that is the exact width of the Star TSP receipt paper for the receipt header and footer in the POS Profile.
However, when the receipt prints it shrinks the text down to be about 2/3 the width of the actual receipt paper.
I don’t see any settings in vin65 that could control the look of how the receipt prints to fix this.

There might be settings in the actual configuration software of the TSP printer to have less borders and image shrinkage. Sometimes adjusting the printer settings from within Chrome can also help. Setting the chrome settings for the printer to be 72mm x Receipt might help the printer to print the logo and formatting larger. Another way to help fix this is to adjust the settings for the printer from the PC dialogue windows themselves, it can be tricky but I’ve been able to figure it out in the past. Basically the settings are not fully controlled by Vin65 ultimately.
