Refunding an order from last year

Hello! I need to refund an order from November 2016 but when I get to the refund payment screen it won’t let me because the card that was used for it is no longer valid. Has anyone ran into this issue before, if so, how did you resolve it?

Well, I would recommend sending a check or contacting the customer for a new card. If you do the latter, you can contact your Merchant Processor and have them initiate a credit that is not tied to a specific order.
