Report Timeout Issue: Customer LTV

Created a ticket and have been waiting about a month for this report to be fixed. Get a runtime error. Anyone else getting this error when trying to run the customer LTV report?

Not specifically this report, but Vin65 has acknowledged that their reporting function needs lots of work.

I have a report that simply will never run in the browser, so I open a support ticket and have them run the report and email it to me. Might be a good idea for now until the reporting system is beefed up.

They haven’t told me not to talk about this, but the ability to kick off a long report and get an email with a link when it is done is on the “to do next” list. In the meantime, @rmcguire’s approach is the thing to do.
