Reporting term accounts

I am running sales reports and I need to differentiate between my club and dtc consumers vs restaurants, wine shops and wholesalers. When I run the report, there is nothing to distinquish that they are different than my dtc customers so I have to edit them one at a time and fake a club name so I can sort and total the sales $.

I thought creating a new club called Resellers would help but I have to have a credit card associated with each restaurant - not gonna happen. What is everyone else doing to report restaurant sales?

This would probably be a good use-case for having custom Order Types or Sales Attributes.
