Greetings Everyone…
I need help to figure out what reports will help me evaluate performance of Wine Club retention for length of time a member lasts? (avg. number or months.) I also want to pay tasting room associates for Newsletter sign ups… and need to know how to easily track that by Sales Associate for the month? I am also working on a Compensation Plan to Hire a Tasting Room and Wine Club Manager so I need to track some metrics to pay bonuses for that as well.
I’ve been following all the new info on the 2016 research survey from Silicone Valley Bank and Wine Business Monthly. There might be another metric or two I would need to consider tracking and paying bonuses for (so if you think of some I’m open ears) but BELOW is what immediately comes to mind. Appreciate your help…
