Returns and Refunds that were not taxed IE wholesale are being refunded with tax.
EOM is 3 days away and I see no progress on a fix on this nor ETA. I am not working around by adjusting the dollars to match prior non taxed sale. This was working fine 2 weeks ago.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. This issue is a known bug and is already being worked on by our development team.
Currently the known work around is to adjust the prices of the SKUs. We will provide updates on the issue and of any other workarounds as they arise.
