Ship to Pickup

Hello!

We are currently processing what we call “lazy will call” which are our pickup members who did not pickup by the deadline and are now being processed for shipping. In the event a member reaches out to us to extend their pickup and we can locate their order in our warehouse. Is there an option to change the order back to pickup?

I would appreciate any ideas and feedback!

There’s not really a flip-to-pickup tool in the same way. Probably easiest just to cancel and reprocess said order.
