At what point are inventory bottles pulled when processing a club shipment?

At “process”, or when shipped or picked up?

What if it does appear to have taken out as much as I thought that it should? Could there be a problem with by software? I set both Shipping and Pickup to the same inventory. It just does look like it reduced it by the number of bottles that it should have.

Oh, I just realized that even if at “process” as you say, if the card was declined than it would draw the inventory.

We are having a large amount of “declined” because we just our software changeover, and need to get everyone’s cc information again.

If a card declines it shouldn’t pull inventory at all just to add to that. Hope that helps.

That is what I meant to say, that if “declined” then it would NOT pull the inventory. Thank you that was very helpful to me.
