Shipcompliant not receiving shipped order notices

We happened to notice that our tax amount in our SC filed reports were incorrect…as it turns out SC isn’t seeing all our orders because they are marked Payment Accepted in SC, but they are marked Paid and Shipped in WD.

@nadine This is a ShipCompliant setting you can determine in Website Settings. You can choose to pass orders to ShipCompliant as PaymentAccepted or SentToFuflillment. Editing this order as Paid and Shipped in WineDirect will not change the Shipping Status in ShipCompliant.

WineDirect Support can help you change the settings so we pass “SentToFulfillment” as opposed to “PaymentAccepted” to ShipCompliant if they say it will fix the issues you are experiencing.
