ShipCompliant Outage - Feb 2, 2017 [Resolved]

As of Approx 11:15 AM PST ShipCompliant’s services went down.

If you are a ShipCompliant client this means that orders placed during this downtime will use your State Profile tax rates. This also means that you may encounter the error page when trying to check compliance on orders. Any orders placed during the outage will need to be resubmitted to ShipCompliant when their services are back online.

We have reached out to ShipCompliant but we are currently not aware of and ETA for when the services will be back up.

12:30PM PST: Currently no update or ETA on services being restored.

1:10PM PST: No ETA or update, but ShipCompliant is working to restore functionality.

Silver lining is they were able to keep their blog up.

2:20PM PST - It looks like ShipCompliant’s services have been restored. They are monitoring on their end and we are confirming on our end as well, but tax, compliance, and fulfillment integration should be working now.
