Shipping labels error

I am trying to ship my wine club orders out and keep getting this message: “The UserId is currently locked out, please try again in 5 minutes”. Does anyone know what the heck to do? Wish I could speak to a live support person like every other company has…

I’m just guessing - and this probably shows my ignorance of the feature - but maybe it has something to do with your UPS login. Try just logging in to the account on ups.com. It may be that there is a password lockout that needs to be reset. Hope this helps.
