We are wanting to attach a signature pad to our main traffic PC registers to be able to capture customer signatures and activate credit card tip line as well. We currently use Acer PC’s and we want to attach an ELO touchscreen pad to accomplish this task. Will that work? Will they be compatible and will the signature screen and tip option appear automatically from PC screen to signature pad?
There’s nothing listed on the documentation site, so it’s likely not going to work.
My experience with hardware like this leads me to believe that you’d need a custom integration to make it work.
You can try emailing support to see if they’ve run into it before.
So contacted support the same day and they stated that the best solution would just to have iPad’s to face customers at the point of signatures.
