Spinning Wheel Of Death

We continue to have issues on a daily basis with the spinning wheel of death. Not only on our Ipads, but also on our hardwired computers. It happens on the app on the Ipad, the Admin Panel and the desktop POS. Does not seem to be internet issue as we can navigate other websites just fine. Happens when we try to set the customer, swiping cards for payment and then trying to access Order Manager.
What is being done about response time?
