Does anyone know if it’s possible to split payment across two cards during a club run? I have a member who wants to use a Visa gift card and make up the balance with his primary credit card. Is it just easier to process his order separately?

I don’t believe there is - we always skip processing members who wanted to use split tenders or our own in-house gift cards, then just re-create the order in the admin panel with whatever payment methods they prefer.

I can imagine being faced with this and my reaction being “I wish WD would make this possible” - but to me it’s something that in practice would give me nightmares if instances where I used it often began to increase even more.
In a lot of examples like this I just say “Nope, I can’t do that” which really means “I could do that but my sanity is good for this wine club”…however, like anything else I’m going to end up accommodating it on occasion.
