Hi all, we’re having issues applying the correct tax. Our tasting room state profile is set to 6%, yet when we go to process a transaction 8.5% tax is being applied. Is there another place this tax setting should be adjusted?

Hey Megan,
Are you using the Taxes By ZIP Code feature that Ship Compliant offers customers? If that is turned on in Vin65, it will pull taxes from Ship Compliant in the place of what you have set up within your State Profile Settings.
It’ll be in ShipCompliant. Tools > Tax Preferences.
