Ticket PDF

Hello,

I am discovering an issue with the ticket PDF and the event ticket email. It seems to occur only when tickets are purchased through our website. When i click on the order and try to open the ticket PDF that is attached, it goes to a webpage with the error message, “Error - Ticket is not longer active or does not exist”. And i also discovered that these members are not receiving the order confirmation email or the event tickets email. I have the SKUs active and allocations with proper dates. The tickets have been on sale since March 22, and i did some spot checking and it seems that this started on April 7th.

I just tested this on our site and I don’t see the same issue you have, so it sound specific to your configuration.

I’d suggest opening a ticket for this issue, and letting us know the results!
