I feel so silly because I’ve created new web categories before but suddenly I can’t find where to do that. I went to documentation which said go to store>products>web categories. But when I go to store, then products, there is no option of web categories. Ideas? Thanks!
Depending on your setup…
Content Editor > (Whatever your primary store page is called) > Add a child page
Then this will appear in your Store > Product Categories section to add products to.
