At what point SHOULD a cart that has been started, show up under Pending in WD > Store > Orders?
I am noticing that when I am testing, I am not seeing my orders show up in pending.
My Colleagues have also tried starting orders by adding things to their cart, and theirs aren’t showing up either.
It makes me wonder if this functionality is even working… we used to have good success following up with people who started a cart and entered contact info (or were logged in)… and now I feel like we never see anything in pending.
Ideas?
