When someone submits a club membership request online, I was told that other than to direct them to go log in to their account and add a credit card to their file, there is no other way to make the club active as “immediately” as possible. People find that confusing. They are submitting multiple forms even though it says “One more step, please go to your account and add your billing information.” Many people don’t read that and don’t understand we have to manually go in and add their club profile. We’re losing people due to the frustration. They want the instant gratification of placing the order when they sign up. Isn’t there a way to redirect them to the secure login as part of the sign up form so that it’s all done at once? Is this a feature request that’s been out there for a while or are people handling this a different way?
