I have a few members that, in the process of updating their club levels, accidentally got signed up for an additional membership instead of their current membership being upgraded. When I try to cancel one of the two memberships, my customers lose the ability to customize their Wine Club Selections, almost as if they were no longer members at all. Is anyone else having this issue?

It might be best to send a support ticket in to support@winedirect.com with the club name and a couple of specific members so that our team can take a better look and get down to the bottom of what’s happening.
