Member Purchase History Report

Hello,

I’m trying to find out a couple of things about member purchase history:

  1. which members have made a purchase (either a club pack or other) in the last 6 months
  2. which members took which pack at the last delivery

I’ve pulled a variety of reports but can’t seem to find as easy(ish) way to find this info out - I’ve also ended up with 2 sets of numbers. In the old system I was using, you could create a list based on a purchase date range and contact type and a report on ‘active’ members (those who took the last delivery) but I can’t seem to recreate that here. I’m a bit new at this, so might be missing something really simple!

  1. List Builder. Learn it. Live it. Love it!
  2. There’s lots of ways to get this info, probably an Order Detail report plus some sorting would be easiest.

Order Detail then a Pivot Table often gets you there. If you don’t already know how to use them, now would be a great time to learn. (I see that Pivot Tables are also available in Google Sheets…)
