We’re running a promo that if you buy a $50 gift card you can $10 for free. Is there a way to format this in WD for the eGift Cards? I’m praying I don’t have to do this manually
That’s a great idea. You can pull this off using a Buy X get Y promo. Just make sure you have a separate SKU set up for the $50 gift card and $10 gift card.
I have a similar question. We are running a Buy $X, get $25 Gift Card promo. The promo works, but the gift card shows a balance of $0 instead of $25 both in the admin side and on the email sent to the customer. Other than manually adding $25 to each gift card, is there a way to show balance of $25?
