Mandatory "reason" on refunds

Hi,
I have to always hound people to put ‘notes’ in their refunds in case a coworker has to reconcile or explain something later on. Currently, you can use orders notes or gifts notes, neither of which becomes “Notes” in order history. I wish it would force a required “reason for refund” which would then file itself nicely in the ‘notes’ section instead of having to open the order after processing and add a note. It would also be impossible not to put a note about it!

This is really interesting feedback! I can imagine that being able to more easily track the reasons for refunds, over time, could come in handy too.
