New to Pre-paying on Clubs. Put in a 1 & 2 shipment pre-pay option on our clubs
Customer purchased this online and it show paid.
How do we track when the shipment is picked up? What if they want to exchange wines?
Do we “skip” each pre-paid customer when we process the regular club?
@vk1 It has been a number of years since I used that feature. But, I believe when you set it up you specify how many shipments it covers, then when you process your shipments it will create a zero dollar invoice for the skus in the package. No need to skip them if they are taking the normal shipment. However, if they are exchanging then you would need to skip them and circle back to process a custom order for them. I see no issue if the exchange is for virtually the same dollar amount. If it’s for a wine of a significantly different dollar amount then I’m not sure how wineries are handling it.
