Any reason why we cannot refund tax on taxable items when doing a refund through the POS? It lets us return the product but then we have to refund the tax amount under tip.

The tax refunds fine on our tasting fees, but when doing a product refund (ie hat) I don’t have the option to refund tax.

Same problem here… It refunds fine through the Vin65 admin panel, but not through the iPad app.
