Running Club Reports Error

I am running the User Choice Club reports under the Reports area and am getting a new error message after the report downloads. Message is “File format and extension don’t match. The file could be corrupt.” I have opened it anyway and there is information in the worksheet but do not know if it is complete.

Are you by any chance running the latest subscription-based version of Excel?

Running Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 on a Windows machine.

Some of Vin65’s reports output a CSV format that gets these prompts in newer versions of Excel. I’ve not found any issues with the data integrity once open.

These are not CSV reports although now that you bring that up, we really need to standardize on a format.
