POS has been especially slow today on customer name lookups and payment processing. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Sometimes the third-party services/APIs go down like USAePay (ridiculous name, by the way) or ShipCompliant.
Customer name lookups is all on Vin65. They have identified it as one of the largest resource hogs and are working on fixing it, but it’s going to be iterative.
Our POS is slow and so is Admin. We were just frozen for about 3 minutes and couldn’t do anything. It seems to be back up now.
