is there a way to customize or change the tip schree?
No. Oft requested. I’d really like to remove the suggested amounts. They only cause trouble and they are not appropriate for a non restaurant situation.

25% is a weird tip amount for a custom winery, we’d like to see 5, 10, 15, 20 and custom amount. This is hindering us from turning on this feature…

Keep sending in the requests! Despite the forum, this isn’t a common request. So if you’d like to see it added to the POS tools, please send in the request so we can track the wineries and users that would love to see this in their tasting room/restaurant tool. Cheers.
