Here’s the scenario, we are releasing a new vintage of say… Chardonnay. I can run a Listbuilder for everyone who purchased that SKU in the past and set parameters and all that. However, I don’t see a way to see who purchased the most of that particular SKU. In another words, I’d like to see “Chris Nolan” purchased 27 bottles, “Jack Burton” purchased 22 bottles, etc of just that wine. Not everything else. Does that make sense?
Sales Detail X. Specify the SKU for the previous vintage. Set your date range to when the previous vintage was for sale. Pray that it doesn’t time-out. Then when it does time-out run multiple reports for shorter date ranges and concatenate them.
Try not to drown your sorrows in too much alcohol during this process, tempting though it may be.
Then, when you have your full report, do a Pivot Table based on the customer name (or better, contact number) and the quantity purchased, and you will have your list.
Ha! Well said Jeff. Yeah, that pretty much gives me what I need. Thanks again!
